• These items may require additional production time.

• Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed and may change.

• Preorders and limited production items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We will provide updates when possible, but customers agree to reasonable waiting periods for items that are still in production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud

• Duplicate orders

If we cancel an order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Once an order ships, delivery timing depends on the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather or carrier issues

• Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages after the carrier marks “Delivered”

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Damage caused during transit by the carrier

If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering correct address information at checkout.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

• Manufacturer error

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange or inspection.

Limited release items, preorders, custom pieces, and specialty designs are final sale.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available inventory.
