Thank you for shopping with Rebel Rootz Streetwear. Every order is packed with care to ensure the quality you expect.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume periods or limited drops, processing may take an extra business day. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping destination, and carrier rates (USPS/UPS). I currently ship to the United States only.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days. Delivery delays may occur during holidays, weather issues, or carrier-related problems outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to me, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rebel Rootz Streetwear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, lost due to incorrect address, or stolen after delivery. Customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Pre-order items or limited drops will include estimated shipping windows on their product page. Ordering pre-order and in-stock items together may delay shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
I offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
